The healthy homes standards introduce specific and minimum standards for heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture ingress and drainage, and draught stopping in rental properties.

We provide a full assessment of your property against the five standards (insulation, heating, ventilation, moisture ingress and drainage and draught stopping), and report on what you may need to do to meet these requirements. This may include installation of heating, extraction vents, insulation or maintenance of gutters and drainage systems etc.
